Dog beds ship within two business days of your order placed. Subscription sheets ship immediately with your dog bed and then at the start of each quarterly cycle. You'll receive a tracking email for every delivery.

How does the dog sheet subscription work?

You'll receive a new seasonal or holiday sheet every 3 months. Subscribers save 18%, and your first sheet is HALF OFF when you subscribe.

Can I skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can easily manage your subscription through your customer account. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime, no commitments.

Do I have to buy a bed to subscribe?

No, sheets can be purchased or subscribed to separately. But subscribing with a bed gives you half off the first sheet.

What is your return policy?

Dog beds and sheets can not be returned. We ask you donate your dog bed and/or sheets to a shelter near you if you don't need yours anymore. While all purchases are final, we ask you submit feedback on our Contact Us page as we strive to make our products better each year.
